Early
Moonrakers are supplied with bad designed companionway door. The two
halves open inwards into the cockpit, as shown on photo 2, by which
passage up and down the stairs to the aft deck is hampered. This "defect"
is corrected on later produced Moonrakers, where the halves open into the
aft cabin and thereby are not obstructing.
The
problem is no big deal, but it bothered me adequate, so I made two halves,
hinged at port side and which can be folded as shown on photo 3 and 4.
