It
is not the intention with this awning to make a patio and give shelter
from all kinds of whether, but just to make it possible to find a shady
spot on the aft deck. It also have an effect as shield against dew in the
evening, as well as it copes with silent rain without too much wind. It is
an attempt to add something to Moonraker which it isn't born with, -
without spoiling the vessels elegance.
The
awning when not in use, stowed away along the davits, rolled up.
The tube arc
lifted and the arc is held by the tighten up lines.
The awning is rolled
out and the Targa tube put into the holes in the Targa wing.

The lines
tightened and the canvas support fastened.
The
fore part of the awning rolled up, which leaves free access to the
flybridge.
The flybridge
cover closed down and the fore part of the awning rolled down.
